Our story began in 2014, when Marnix Spaans brought his passion for innovative Dutch design from the Netherlands to the heart of the Southern Highlands. Since then, our workshop has become a place where creativity meets craftsmanship, and every piece we create reflects a deep commitment to timeless elegance and precision.

 

Here in Australia, most people know me simply as Max. I’m the founder and lead craftsman at Spaans Bespoke Interior, and I take great pride in working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. With a degree in furniture design from Leiden and years of hands-on experience, my goal is to create meaningful pieces that reflect your personal taste and enhance the way you live.
